Luso Esports – Punishment & Disciplinary Policy

1. Minor Violations

Examples include:

• Late joining the match
• Not following lobby instructions
• Minor unintentional mistakes

Punishment:

• Official warning
• Match removal if required
• Repeated offenses may lead to higher penalties

2. Moderate Violations

Examples include:

• Sharing Room ID or Password
• Ignoring official instructions
• Using abusive or disrespectful language
• Unsportsmanlike behavior

Punishment:

• Immediate match disqualification
• Temporary ban (7 to 30 days)
• Removal from ongoing or upcoming tournaments

3. Major Violations

Examples include:

• Cheating, hacking, or third-party tools
• Teaming, ghosting, or exploiting game bugs
• Account sharing or fake accounts
• Threatening or attempting to manipulate admins

Punishment:

• Immediate disqualification
• Permanent ban from all Luso Esports tournaments
• Blacklisting from future events

4. False Claims & Misuse

Examples include:

• Submitting fake screenshots or recordings
• False accusations against players or admins
• Misuse of tournament systems or information

Punishment:

• Disqualification from the current tournament
• Temporary or permanent ban based on severity

5. Admin Authority

• All decisions by the Luso Esports Team are final
• Admins may review evidence before taking action
• Punishments may vary based on intent and past behavior
