1. Eligibility

• 18+ only – Participation in paid tournaments is restricted to adults
• One account per user/team
• Users must provide accurate information
• Mobile devices only – emulators strictly prohibited

2. Verification

Users may be required to complete identity verification using a valid government-issued ID for prize withdrawals. Data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

3. Tournament System

• Automatic scoring based on match performance
• Live leaderboards update automatically
• No manual score submission required

4. Tournament Types

• Elite: Free tournaments
• Pro & Legend: Paid tournaments with prize pools

5. Fair Play

• No hacks, cheats, VPNs, or unfair advantages
• No abusive behavior or inappropriate content
• Violations may result in bans or disqualification

6. Prize & Payments

• Prizes are paid via UPI
• Users must provide valid details for payout
• Taxes may be deducted as per Indian laws

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided once a tournament has started. In case of cancellation by Luso Esports, refunds may be issued at our discretion.

8. Technical Responsibility

• Stable internet connection is required
• Luso Esports is not responsible for connection issues or server problems

9. Organizer Authority

All decisions made by Luso Esports regarding matches, scoring, and results are final and binding.

10. Disputes

Any disputes must be reported within 24 hours of match completion via official contact channels.

11. User Responsibility

• Users are responsible for maintaining account security
• Do not share login credentials

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

13. Data Usage

User data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
